The brief

Keep the look. Make it a system.

Northrise Software moved to Laravel with PrimeVue in its raw, default form. The job was to build a proper UI/UX layer on top of it that stays close to the company’s existing look, so every upcoming app starts consistent instead of from scratch. Alumni Connect Hub is the first app built on it.

The existing Northrise palette, turned into theme tokens that PrimeVue components read in light and dark mode.

What I'm building

One theme, many apps

  • A PrimeVue theme built from Northrise’s brand colours, refined rather than replaced.
  • A dark mode designed alongside the light one, not inverted after the fact.
  • Shared patterns so the next Laravel app inherits the same look on day one.
  • Alumni Connect Hub as the proving ground for all of it.
