The brief

Paper membership, moved online and made trustworthy

Members needed one place to apply and track their membership. Staff needed to review applications. And anyone, from an employer to a hospital, needed a way to check that a certificate is real.

What I built

Two roles, three application types, one source of truth

  • Separate experiences for members and administrators, each seeing only what they need.
  • Three application types handled through one consistent flow.
  • PDF generators for membership documents, built in the browser with jsPDF.
  • QR-coded membership certificates.
  • A public verification page, so a certificate can be checked in seconds without logging in.
